"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"Beautiful views. The space is nice. Communication to coordinate letting me in was not good and I waited for. Long time. Another group was also waiting for their property by the same management - this is not nice after such a long voyage to get there. Spot is nice - but ve advised you will have 11 flights of stairs to go up and down (8 of which are our doors so mind the weather if you can’t walk yo that many stairs )."

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

"Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere...
