"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). "We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip to Lake Como and were extremely disappointed, not just by what happened, but by how the hotel handled it. A complete stranger was given a key to our room and entered while I was in the shower. My partner, who was also undressed, was in the room and once the man saw my partner he quickly left. "Amazing stay at this property with a family of 5 (3 teens) and our service dog. Everyone was extremely comfortable and please with the space. Not only that, but the landscaping is beautiful. Balcony was a perfect place to unwind after being out all day. Although a gas fire place outside would make this comfortable in the cold winter. Suggest posting WiFi password somewhere in the apartment and instructions on where to put the trash. Restaurant is a Michelin rated restaurant but was fully booked...

"Garden View is a lovely immaculate apartment with great outdoor space. Situated a short walk to restaurants, and ferry. The down side for us flying into Milan from Scotland on an evening flight was having to find and get to the property management office in Como within a certain time to pick up the keys before going further on to property in Cernobbio. Fine if you had a car but we didn’t. Would be easier if there was a key box situated at the property. That being said we would definitely stay...

Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar.
