"Absolutely loved our stay at Bliss Lodging!! Staff were so incredibly kind and helpful and picked us up from the Hirafu welcome center as well as dropping us off at the Kutchan train station. The room was very spacious and clean and they even had free laundry! It was very easy to walk into Hirafu, maybe 15 minutes one way but also very easy to catch the free shuttle right outside. I cannot recommend them enough and will be staying here again when we return to Hirafu!"

"First time in Niseko, but this hotel seems to check all the boxes. Essentially ski in ski out, the onsen was our favourite of the trip, all staff were lovely."

"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. One of the rooms also come with a private onsen. The whole apartment has heated floors which is perfect for the cold weather is Niseko! Less than 5 minutes drive to the Annupuri Gondola Station. Staff are friendly and helpful! The only thing was that when we checked in, the receptionist forgot to tell us breakfast ends at...

"Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Above and beyond service and hospitality. Cannot recommend staying here enough & will be happy to return in the future. "

"清潔感のあるとても綺麗な施設でした。洗濯機まで備えて頂いてるのがとても助かります。今時期は汗かいてもすぐに洗濯する事ができるので。食器洗い機までついていて食事後の食器洗いの手間もなくとても便利です。 ただ、今年の夏は少し暑かったようなのでエアコンがついてなくて扇風機1台だと少し暑い気はしました、、。 それ以外はとても良い施設だと思うのでまたぜひ次回も利用させて頂きたいと思います。 楽しく旅行する事が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。"
