"Did not like the guy at parking . He did not help us unloading our bags or giving us the rolling to put our stuff on and stated he only helps valet parking customers only . So rude."

"It was an unexpected overnight stay due to a late flight delay. It was so convenient booking the room at approximately midnight. The front desk called me soon afterwards to confirm, and the gentleman at the desk was very nice and professional when we arrived. The room smelled good and was very clean and comfortable. Temperature was also just right. The next morning when we were leaving, I noticed how well the housekeepers were working together. The cleanliness of the place really made a difference. I’ll go there again if I I go to Austin again. Thank you for making a stressful night into a very comfortable one."
