"I stayed in the annex, which is a wonderful character building, above shops in the heart of the bus interchange. So it was not unusual for their to be people waiting for the bus right outside the door, or sheltering from the wind in the doorway. Everyone was super polite and and apologetic, if they blocked the door from opening outwards. Great value for money. in a very central location."
