"Out of the two days there was seven times I had to go to the front desk to get my room keys to work. The pool and whirlpool were under construction. I was not notified and when I asked for room service, they said they couldn’t provide a room service that day."

"Loved the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. Room was very cleaned. Great to have the free breakfast with enough choices to choose from . The Woodfield mall was very close by. They have a movie theater at walking distance like a 1.5 min away. Also a couple of restaurants walking distance. The city have a shuttle bus nearby. I never used it but would have if I didn’t have a car. There are also a few restaurant nearby that you can drive to."
