"Still haven’t got back my deposit and outdated everything was broken and loud noise from elevator everytime someone went to the fourth floor it shook the room "

"Gym was tiny. Parking was fine. Staff barely spoke English. Buffet was average. Parking was fine. Room smelled horribly of a cleaner or something. Felt like they were overcompensating for a cover up. Will not stay again."

"The bed was not supportive. I slept on the couch the first night. The second night I decided to try across the foot of the bed. That worked for the night. The shower liner had mold from where it folded together and hasn't dried out. There's a water spot on the ceiling, which means there's a leak, or an old leak was not repaired properly. There is moisture, possibly mold, growing there. I have not had this experience the previous 2 years I've stayed here for the event I was attending. But my stay this time was not what it should have been for the price that was paid for the room."

"Pool area was very nice. The hot tub was hot and the pool wasn't freezing. The pool room itself was warm. Perfect for these winter days. Very good area close to restaurants and only a few minutes from the mall. Good breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a joke. Checked in and the smoke detector was beeping. Asked front desk to check. Had to ask again 4 hours later. Room was full of cobwebs. Asked the front desk to have the maid focus on removing the cobwebs when they cleaned. Cobwebs were still there when we got back to our room. The second day our room was not cleaned. Had to ask the front desk multiple times for fresh towels. "

"The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, the room however had crumbs on the table when we got there and the floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed, there were crumbs too and trash in between the couch. Didn’t like that there was no room service."
