"We are suburban NJ residents, former Manhattan workers and still frequent visitors to the city, in for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We had already booked our restaurant, ballet, theatre, modern dance tickets and planned museum visits. We had no need for concierge services, the onsite restaurant, or fitness center, so I can't opine on those. Our main criteria were easy access to Manhattan subways and buses, and located bit away from the noise and crowding of the Times Square...

"Good vibe and great location. Room was on the small side but comfortable. Restaurant heavy on oysters, burgers and steaks. Given vouchers for Grab-and-Go breakfast. Didn’t see any guests over the age of 40 (except me)."

"We were pleased with our stay. Room is clean and comfortable. We did experience some noise as we were near the elevator but overall quiet overnight. Sheltered from street noise. Would have liked a little more water pressure in the shower. We would plan to stay again."

"Pur room in particular was NOT clean! One of the beds was made with hair and debris between the sheets, we were not properly stocked with towels, the floors had clearly not been swept and the amount of dust was astounding! When i called about it, it took nearly 2 hours to get an attendant to come change the sheets as the person answering in the evening was a service and not the desk, i couldnt sleep till nearly 2am and was EXTREMELY disappointed!
