"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Loistava sijainti, rauhallisella kävelykadulla. Huoneemme oli kadulle päin, mutta silti ei mitään meteliä kuulunut huoneistoon. Tilat oli ruhtinaalliset. Kaksi erillistä huonetta ja kaksi suihkua wc:llä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamupala ok ja riittävä meille."

"This hotel is beautiful both outside and inside. It is too far to walk to town center, but it only takes several min drive to get to the town center if you have a car. Free parking outside of the yard of the hotels. The only two disadvantages are not able to use wifi inside the room (but wifi in the breakfast room works fine) and no electric hot water kettle available. If the WIFI works fine inside the hotel room, definite I will return to stay in this hotel in the future."

"Frühstück war im Internet angegeben, in der Realität aber absolut nicht möglich. Klimagerät vom Nachbarzimmer die ganze Nacht , störend, hörbar."

"Super Unterkunft. Geben sich viel Mühe mit Zusatzinfos, Empfehlungen etc. Lage ist 1A. Frühstück ist bei einem benachbartem Hotel. Ist ok aber nicht besonders. Zimmer ist gross, hell, modern. Jederzeit wieder. Kann ich nur empfehlen."

"These people are thieves. Don’t book this “hotel”, it’s a death trap. When I called it out, the manager used his limited English to say No Refunds. No attempt to right the issues. Thieves. Expedia have wiped their hands off it. Book elsewhere."

"The property is definitely remote. The road to get there is pretty rough. The property is nice, food is good but for western English speaking travelers the customer service is noticeably poor and understood english is kind of one guy."
