"Had to change rooms due to broken and taped up window. We didn’t feel safe so swapped to another room in which the door lock didn’t work, so again didn’t feel safe"

"Towels are in bad condition and there’s not really a staff to greet you or talk to you. You check in on computer screens and check out on them. It’s nice to have a few bus stops right outside the door"

"Nice hotel but on the wrong side. Dirty streets and homeless outside the hotel. Close to transport. Room was nice and spacious. Did not have breakfast so can’t comment. Ok for a short stay. Didn’t like the dark bathroom."

"We didn’t get off to a good start as we were given a key to someone else’s room. Upon opening the door the room was full of someone else’s belongings. It’s not a nice feeling as it’s a real intrusion into someone’s privacy. "
