"The suite we booked was outstanding… spacious, pristine, calming and comfortable. We had a difficult time leaving it! It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. We were on the main floor, off of the Library, where every evening, port was set out for the guests, as were fruit and fruit-infused water each morning. "The room was great, th we staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really close to Central Station, which makes it really easy to jump on trains and go anywhere you need to go. There’s lots of shops and stores at the hotel that you can shop at there are medical stores and grocery stores nearby and walking distance the only thing that I would suggest was the pillows on the bed was very soft and the bed was very hard.. but I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place."

"Great hotel in perfect location. A lot of sites within walking distance and otherwise U2 station is next door to go to Alexanderplatz or Charlottenburg castle. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Theatre am Potsdam with the new Cirque du Soleil show. Room spacious and staff very friendly. "

"Die tollen Mitarbeiter, die bereits vor der Anreise Kontakt aufgenommen und alles für eine stressfreie Anreise geregelt haben. Das Zimmer sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem liegt es, trotz vielbefahrener Hauptstraße an einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Had a really comfortable stay, Johnathan on the front desk was very welcoming. Accommodation was so spacious and bed was really really comfy. Shower was excellent too. So close to many historic sites, and found a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Overall would definitely stay again if I come back to Berlin."
