I asked in advance for no feathers in the room as I am highly allergic. This was not done. Then I was told they only had one pillow non-down (to split b/n my wife and me)! We were on the second floor on the road side and it was incredibly loud with revving cars and Harleys till early in the morning. It was so bad there earplugs supplied by the hotel on the bedside table. The location is good and the marble is nice, but nothing else was worth the price
Lovely, clean and well-maintained historic property. Great housekeeping and bell service. In and out valet parking. The rooftop bar was fun.

Free parking (garage 1 block behind hotel with police substation in it); also, valet parking available, $30 per night. Rooms quiet, clean. Housekeeping mini service daily, (remove trash, change towels). Restaurant adjacent and rooftop.
Love the old feel with the modern updates! Room was super clean & the staff were very friendly! Tons of things to do in walking distance.

This is clearly an older building that has been renovated. I guess I just expected a nicer showing considering the rate of a stay. Also the closest free parking is 2 blocks away.
This is a nice place however, they have sliding doors on the bathroom which are very loud and leave a gap. Bathroom was small but the room was nice. The TV is not a smart tv which didn’t leave much of a choice in programs to watch. That was a bummer that we couldn’t watch Netflix. The hotel was nostalgic which we loved but it was someone small in general speaking. Next time we go we will explore other options. Overall we had a nice stay
In the middle of winter, the hotel should not book rooms that have no heat. The room never got above 65f. We were expecting an above average hotel but got a cold room. The friendly staff offered a "space heater", but let's face it, that's not going to heat a large 12 ceiling room. We will probably not visit again unless someone helps resolve our issues.
Beautiful Old building, much in original condition. rooms are modern and updated. For older guests , be careful in the shower . It’s partially glass with a plastic floor that I found very slick. The shower head is on the opposite side of the water on/off temperature valve and moving back and forth was scary at times. Great location right across the street from the Bath Houses. Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable
This was an interesting property. History of the city is felt in the hotel. Rooms had all needed items. Felt comfortable. Folks working in hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Location was excellent across street from Bathhouses etc.
Shops along street were very interesting
The hotel was nearly perfect. The thing that makes this hotel less than perfect and it can be a big deal. In room 308 the barn door to the bathroom had a big gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. The door didn’t close properly and would swing open. I had to hold the door closed with my foot. For most this may not matter, but if you need privacy this door does not provide it. This is a pricey hotel. They could do better than that door.
We really loved there Waters. It was the perfect location right across the street from the bathhouses which was it main purpose for being in Hot Springs. And we had a great view of the Christmas lights.
There is no “continental” breakfast. No microwave in room. Be prepared for heavy traffic noise on the street view side, but livable with ear buds. Loved the pod coffee but no extra creamer available without going downstairs. The rooftop restaurant, which I very much wanted, is closed Mon-Wed.
The cleanliness and modern updates were outstanding.
We wanted to use the bathhouses with hot springs and they were across the street. Very old but quaint hotel. It felt like we had stepped back in time. Very relaxing.
The location was wonderful and the people at the front desk very friendly and especially helpful. However, there were LOTS of little things that weren't good. There was mold in the shower, no luggage rack, a note saying "use these earplugs" and no earplugs, the TV didn't work properly (although Tim was very nice and helpful). The worst experience was the rooftop bar. One afternoon we got drinks and they were good although service wasn't great. We went back for the same thing the next afternoon and they were hardly drinkable. We won't be back.
We loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. We did not like the bathroom being so close to the bed and the door not shutting good. Not very private. But otherwise it was wonderful!
We loved our stay here, and loved how they renovated this historical site into a hotel. Everything was walkable and tons of options for food and drink. The staff was very nice and accommodating. This will be our place to stay when we visit here.

No exterior view, window looked out to adjacent building, located across street from bathhouse row so close to National Park visitor center and downtown sights, updated modern room but no lugggage rack, no parking but street so $30 valet parking worth it,
Room was clean. Windows faced the building next door and all the air conditioning units. The bar upstairs was smelly and a bit sketchy. But the building is nice and people very friendly.
This hotel was great. It is in the middle of bathhouse row and all those sites are in walking distance. All of the staff we had contact with were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
