Motel di Daerah Hot Springs

"Horrible don’t bother! Took 45 mins to get a code to get into my room. Spoke to an elderly couple who said it took an hour and a half for them to check in! LISTEN! There is NO Staff On site! No one to help you with anything you might need, including no ice machine! When I finally Made contact with a live person over the phone. They insisted on a $50 dollar deposit before they would give me my room code! For what? They have zero amenities, no room service, nothing to purchase in room?! Big issue...

"They have updated an old strip motel & it looks good but the mattress was shot, low spot in the middle & tv wasn’t working. Asked manager about it & she said she had a Dr appointment but would get to it later, didn’t happen. In retrospect should have paid the difference & stayed at Best Western."
