Owners of motel smoke in "lobby" which is basically their gross living room. They didn't have a key because "the previous person didn't turn it in" but they don't take any info so they have no idea who had the key. No deadbolts to secure the door, just a twist lock on basic knob. Definitely didn't feel safe.

We had no way to get into our room when we arrived. The sheets were so dirty we had to sleep on top of them. The property is very old and needs a lot of upkeep.

Everything about our mini weekend vacation was amazing. The cabin was so cozy and felt like a home not just a sterile hotel. Being there was like being part of its own little community. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back frequently.

Dirty floors, spoiled half and half no place to sit and eat no one to get more towels. No one there period. Sheets kept coming off the bottom of the bed.

Terrible stay. Filthy cabins. Sticky substance all over the floor and kitchen counter. Exposed electrical outlets. Light fixtures loose. No smoke alarm. Stains on bedding. Something spilt and frozen in the freezer. Double booked our room, moved us and then tripple booked that one.

We had to call to get someone to get us and other guests checked in. The cabin was dirty! The floor around the toilet needed repair, cold water only in the shower, cabinet doors were falling off the cabinets. Overall, terrible condition. I will never stay there again and I will tell anyone who asks to not stay there.

Old, rickety, horrible bed. No hot water — slightly better than lukewarm. Interent wouldn't work 2nd day/night, electrical plugs were so old they barely head a plug. Lighting is poor. Manager was very nice, but too talkative— super hyper.

The motel was a real mixed bag. We picked it due to its proximity to the hot springs. And it is close. However, there is a motel and a few small cabins on the site. Almost all of the pictures are of the cabins. The motel is an older, drive up motel. The rooms were clean, and the wifi and air conditioning works. The rooms are haphazardly furnished, and there aren’t very many plugs. However, the family living onsite is obviously in conflict, and listening to them fight and argue negatively impacted our stay.

We had to clean our cabin before we could use the kitchenette or bathroom. There were dirty rugs in the bathroom and smelled like urine. The TV turned on but didn't have any channels.Staff was friendly. The property has good bones but you needed to look past the trash under the bed, gum on the wall, sticky cups, dirty coffee pot.

When I arrived to check in, the staff immediately stated that he had just got my room done, as they were shorthanded, and the girls just weren't "doing their job". In the kitchenette area, there was a fly strip that looked like it had been hanging there since the dawn of time, The counters were dirty, the sink was dirty, and the floors look like they hadn't been swept or mopped in a very long time. In the bathroom, the sink had a used bar soap laying on the side, and the hand towel that was hung up, had obviously been used. The faucet in the tub wouldn't shut off, and there were a little dead mats all over the bottom of the tub. I reported needing more towels, the water are not shutting off and the need for coffee, cups, as there weren't any. The staff, then again reported on being short staffed. This place was awful. It would be nice if people could take a little pride in their work, even if you are shortstaffed.

Not ready at 4 pm, CK in was in the parking lot, room had no plugin in the bathroom, room okay, blankets smelled. Won't be going back, also a little noisy being right on the road.

They did not change the sheets, they had hair in between the flat and fitted white stuff on the fitted. It was dirty, there was a old pair of socks in the bathroom and used toothbrush and toothpaste. The tub was dirty. To say the least I payed for the room u would think they would put clean sheets on the beds after the last guest. I canceled the next night I could not stay another night.

We were assigned cabin #12. Someone’s personal items were piled from floor to ceiling on the front porch - clothing, appliances, furniture, full garbage bags, paint cans, paint thinner, tools, etc. Inside, there were additional personal items in drawers and on bookshelves. It smelled like cigarettes. The window-unit air conditioner of the adjacent cabin appeared to be powered by an extension cord that was plugged in to the exterior of #12. We sent a message to the property noting our concerns but did not hear back. We left the property and booked a room at Hot Springs Hotel.
