"When we checked into the hotel, the clerk was very friendly, checked us in, and told us quiet hours started at 9:00pm. That first night, there were people sitting on a bench literally right next to our window drinking and yelling til after 11:00. The next night, some random lady was pounding on our door at 1:00am. "Good for price."

"Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean this time. Noodles on the chair and the table where the tv is. Around the bed. Top of the microwave, inside the fridge. There was no sheet on the bed. We had to use the fitted sheet just to even cover up. The owner/ manager is a good ol boy, but this time it was rank."

"The property is old and historic so the heating/air systems are old. They had not switched over to air conditioning yet so our 2nd floor room was 78’ and we had to rely on a breeze through the windows for air. Overall, there seems to be a lack of care for the price we paid. The pool was not filled yet. Hot tub was nice."

"NO, the got tub was NOT warm enough, not was the pool!! Our room was filthy, even after finding a large can of Butane laying at the door of one of the beds, in our first room!!! The second room was even worse! Floors were clearly not vacuumed, and all the surfaces were full of dust. The manager was very kind and she took it to her boss, but he didn't seem concerned at all, that our rooms were in such a state!"

"Great place to stay in Dubois. Friendly, attentive staff. Nice rooms/linens. Super clean! Fire pit outside room to enjoy the beautiful scenery, stay warm and have s’mores. Would definitely recommend. We’ll be back!"

"The water heater was right next to the bed created noise. Would have liked a reading light next to the bed. Electrical hookups looked a bit dangerous. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. Office was not manned so never met any staff"

"It was a very nice stay, the bathroom definitely hadn’t been cleaned but all of the towels were new. There was hair all over the shower wall and bathroom floor. The bed was clean and the floors outside of the bathroom were clean. For a night it worked perfect for us and our dog. There is $40 feet for a dog or cat, very reasonable."
