"Location was great and host did respond quickly however the property was in no way suitable for 4 people like it stated and was one of the dirtiest places we have ever been to stay in. We did not stay in the property as we felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. They’ve refused to compensate us in any way. For this reason I would not recommend staying here."

"Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi. Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room. It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍"

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."

"Good signage made it easy to find, easy parking, lovely owners. Really great place - nicely furnished with very comfy armchair and incredibly well equipped kitchen. Shower had both a normal head and a rainfall one, which was very luxurious! Lovely location as in a cul de sac so very quiet overnight, but easy walk to the town amenities and into the countryside."

"We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights, but unfortunately initially had to split across 2 x 1 bedroom apartments due to a fault identified before our arrival. This was unavoidable, but it did mean we had to separate, and we're in apartments across a courtyard on 2 completely separate buildings. Which as a family of 4 just made dinner, bath time, breakfast etc awkward as we had packed 1 suitcase, 1 wash bag, etc. We did have a 2 bed apartment for our 2nd night (but this obviously in...

"The unit was very clean, large and comfortable. Nice size kitchen/living room, bathroom very modern and good size bedroom. The unit needs addt'l fans. They did bring one out on the 2nd day of my stay but could use another one. Also some basic amenities would be nice (salt, pepper, paper towels, wine opener, etc). Also some soap, condition in the bathroom as there was only a soap dispenser at the sink and a bottle of body wash/shampoo in the shower. If you have a car, parking is limited, one...
