"We stayed for multiple days and found the area quiet despite a popular restaurant nearby. The room was very clean but some flaws in the flooring and a gap beneath the door was a bit worrisome. Parking was very convenient. There is seating by the river but the room balcony basically overlooks the parking and restaurant. BTW, the restaurant is one of our favs! You can walk to it easily. The tv, ac and water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"

"Pictures online depict the property well. Our room was as described. Had small fridge, microwave, and toaster! Working A/C unit and free YouTubeTV. Appreciated having 2 ice machines on site. We did not use either of the 2 community hot tubs, but they never looked too busy. The Patio Bar had cool vibes, fun live music every night. Loved to know a food truck came onsite one night. Otherwise, Tapiti Restaurant is walking distance down the road. Super close to Fall River RMNP entrance. The front staff were helpful and polite when we had questions. Never heard anyone/neighbor guests, and we stayed late June! Overall, would recommend staying here again!"

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. Location was perfect! Check in staff was polite and helpful. Parts of the suite were updated (shower) and others were not (cabinets/blue sink/kitchenette). There were so many places to sit and relax to enjoy the sounds of the water and beautiful views!"

"Nice complex for adults only. On a river which is nice. Super convenient for access to the Fall River entrance to the park, which is way less busy than main entrance. Use it instead of main entrance. Stayed in unit 15B which was nice unit. Biggest gripe with the unit is they don’t have blackout shades on the door. And they have lots of lights on on the exterior so the unit it lit up all night. I’d stay again but not in this unit unless they install blackout shade on front door."
