Loved the property. Very clean, streamside suite was beautiful. Jetted bathtub was perfect after a long hiking day. Very convenient to town and RMNP. The construction of their new Dreamview suites is nearly done so we did not experience any negative impact from that. Would stay here again. It was very comfortable with the WIFI, laundry, streaming services, kitchenette, and fireplace.

The property is easy to locate, and the staff is great to work with. We had a beautiful river view from our balcony. Every evening that we were there, Wednesday through Saturday, they had a patio bar party from 5 to 9 with live music and games. You can buy drinks at the bar. They even have a kit to make s'mores with by the fire.

This was an excellent find in Estes Park. The rooms was great and it is right on the river. The location has a bar and live music area which was a great surprise as well. Will be going back.

Don’t be fooled by the motel-esque appearance of this establishment. Yes the rooms are old and could use an upgrade but they are very clean and were so convenient for our family. There were dishes, silverware, a toaster, freshly ground coffee, microwave, dish soap, several towels , all toiletries. And it was spotless, the beds were comfortable. The first night around 9 there was really loud music and us and several guests were confused but the next morning we asked them to not do their light show at that time because we have little kids and they listened! We really appreciated that. The main office has games and books and refreshments. And the sound of the river is absolutely what makes this place worth all $$$ it costs.

We stayed in a single room with a Queen by the river. In-unit heaters and A/C were provided, along with a fan, mini refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee, silverware, and a wood-burning fireplace. We loved hearing the river at night. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall a good stay - every peaceful and relaxing.

This is a terrific property. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well furnished and very comfortable with a great jacuzzi in unit, and shared hot tub on deck, shared only by a few rooms. The surroundings are amazing.
