"I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us"

"We stayed for multiple days and found the area quiet despite a popular restaurant nearby. The room was very clean but some flaws in the flooring and a gap beneath the door was a bit worrisome. Parking was very convenient. There is seating by the river but the room balcony basically overlooks the parking and restaurant. BTW, the restaurant is one of our favs! You can walk to it easily. The tv, ac and water pressure in the shower was fantastic!"

"We visited Estes Mountain Inn for the first time with our 2 year old and 8 year old. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool option as the weather is always changing. We enjoyed the playground and games in the lobby. The smores and popcorn were a hit. The room was a little smaller than we anticipated but it was still comfortable with AC and the smart TV was convenient as well. Can't wait to plan our next trip!"

"The amenities were amazing for our family with two small kids. Games and pool and hot tub and play sets and other options. They also had bikes to check out to ride around town and other useful items like coolers and movies and what not to check out in the office."

"Had a great stay. The location, price, the view, and the amenities were great. It was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and I also appreciated that housekeeping stopped by in the early afternoon, not the morning. My only feedback would be for the bed. It was too soft for side sleepers and caused some back/hip pain."

"The views from the Pool and Hot Tub area were great. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. Don't let the age of this property scare you away. This is a very nice place to stay. They didn't have their liquor license when we stayed but were scheduled to pick this up on Monday, 06-29-26. Talked to the very nice manager, and he informed us this company bought this in April of 2026 and they replaced all the TV's in all the rooms, the lobby furniture, some of the carpet. We...
