This is a very clean Hotel. The staff is very helpful. The Breakfast that was hot daily consisted of sausage and eggs every day. The cook refilling the food seemed to only put a minimal amount out at a time making long waits. The cook was kind but I believe was not allowed to keep the food warmers full consistently. Pool was pretty busy, which also made it oily. It is a very small pool. The hot tub was open and hot but the jets were not working. Overall a nice hotel. It is our 3rd time staying here. We will return again. It is in a nice location near alot of shopping and businesses.

The room was fine. The pool water was cloudy. There was a ring of scum around the top rim of the pool. There was music playing in the pool room. It was very loud. I asked the staff if they could turn it down. The one girl shrugged and then went to the back room. The music was never turned down. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs and sausage were barely room temperature. The English muffins were stale.

Was nice comfortable only thing was the little kids running around. Should have kept them on 1st floor by pool.. floors were a wet mess parents should have to accompany them to pool area didn't see 1 parent. Breakfast was nice but if you plan on eating get there an hr prior to them shutting it down they stick to the time 110% lady and her daughters came down at 1min after and lady had everything locked up hey but she asked if they would like a banana. Lol

First I was charged 180 when my receipt was sent twice to my email confirming a charge of only 150$ like I booked online. I was asked if I wanted to use the card on file, I replied yes, no communication on why I was charged over $30 for a one night stay. I overheard the front desk women tell the other guest there' a 20$ room deposit that you will get back after your stay. That is odd as I wasnt told about this and was charged even more. Beware of how much your being charged. I realiazed after leaving To go on when arriving the pool was closed but was then told it would be open after deciding to probably go somwhere else as I was just taking my kids for the night to swim. The pool was closed to being shocked, which after researching you arnt supposed to swim in it.. my kids rashes and I think got sick from it. The hot tub does not work and after seeing more reviews after my one night stay, the hot tub hasn't worked for years. So beware you wont enjoy a nice jetted hotub like pictured. The picture of the pool isnt what it looks like as of now, the water is green almost. The rooms were clean, housekeeping just needs to do a better job double checking trash bins have trash bags and other guests' garbage was picked up, there was an open wrapper on the counter, and my kid found an Oreo next to the bed. My rooms shower also did not drain, at all. I kind of wish I would've booked somewhere else, but my kids had fun, just would like the money back that was taken without my knowledge.

The room was clean. The TV is in a funny spot; I almost hit my head on it a couple times. The sink in the bathroom was a little awkward because there wasn't much counter space. Because there is no door by the sink, turning the light on will wake the other guest still in bed. We needed to eat breakfast and be out the door by 7AM. Breakfast isn't served until 7AM on weekends. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and it was clean (clean is the most important).

Location: No stores or restaurants in walking distance. Housekeeping: Did not make beds as requested. Amenities: On site store had very little on offer; no wine or beer. Staff: Pleasant and helpful.

Upon arrival, I was given a room that was not ready. The linen was not on the bed and the room was in disarray. The second room I was given was okay except the toilet was nasty. There was evidence of poop stains in the toilet bowl. I was initially told it was rust, but asked housekeeping to clean it anyway…and it came off. Lastly, on the day of check-out, the elevator broke and I had to carry two large and heavy suitcases down three flight of stairs. I was completely surprised with the poor quality of this establishment. It’s usually much better.

Early morning wake up call

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I like the access to restaurants and stores. All my previous days had been great with nice comfortable room and good service. This time my room was not cleaned up to the standards of prior visits. The coffee maker had a used coffee pod, and it just didn’t seem like the room was as nice as previous rooms. Then at six in the morning, I got a call from the front desk and had to evacuate my room because of some police activity in the hallway that I was in. Not the hotel, small, But an uncomfortable situation nonetheless. I was given another room, but who can go back to sleep after that? I did enjoy a good breakfast with other guest as we watched the SWAT team gather in the parking lot and then go down the hallway toward my original room. Never did find out what happened. So, a memorable visit. Would I go back, probably but I don’t wanna stay in that room again.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Bed was comfortable. 3rd floor ice machiene was out of service. Had dto go to 1st floor. Inconvenient. Pool was FILTHY! there is scum build up on the tiles and it was cloudy.
