완전 만족 직원 친절 위치 최고

직원분들 너무 친절하시구 방도 넒구 컨디션도 좋았어요. 위치도 너무 좋아서 어디든지 걸어서 갈 수 있었구요. 언덕에 있어서 처음엔 힘들었는데 옆에 에스컬레이터 있어서 그거 타면 쉽게 올라올 수 있어서 괜찮았어요!

Top Notch Hotel for Business Travel

This hotel offers very convenient location with close proximity to Soho, Central business district and MTR station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable and spacious (in HK standard) rooms. Will recommend to all business travellers.

702 房的大小以當天所付費用是很棒。櫃檯人員在退房時也熱心幫忙叫計程車。然而讓人失望的是房間內很多設施並未完善維護。保險箱沒電，自動窗簾也壞了，房間連結浴室的地板凹陷，毛巾有強烈漂白水味道，書桌下的壁面都是漏水痕跡，最讓人心生畏懼的是電燈開關都粘粘的。這次入住訂了兩房。701 的門口電鈴按鈕也是黏黏。

Great location

Generally very good. Bit expensive for the room but maybe that's standard - first time in Hong Kong. Great location and food quality at Veda was very good. Staff very helpful and efficient. Would stay again.

Staff is great, location is closed to Lai Kwai Fong and just a few walk to mtr. It is really good to have free mini bar and snacks. But it is quite disappointed on the interior and furniture, the lightning is too dim, inside looks torn.

Fantastic room

Our room was so spacious, enormous for Hong Kong. Even the bathroom was spacious, with a really long vanity. Equipment included motorised curtains and blind, free mini bar, plenty of hanging space and a table and 2 chairs. The staff were excellent, especiallyFelix and Arhur, who went out of their way to be helpful. Don't be put off by the tiny foyer.

This is THE perfect location for enjoying the Central district. Only 2 steep flights of stairs puts you in LKF, short walk to the Honk Kong station and Starr Ferry and only 35 feet away from The Big Bus stop #4. Enough about the location, the hotel is quirky, comfortable and nicely equipped. Did I mention quirky? There are only 2 rooms per floor, free washers and dryers, and a staff that rated as one of the best I have ever experienced. I can’t thank them enough for the help they offered on a personal matter and suggestions on what to do. A big thanks to Adrian for providing his contact info if we needed help or advice. I would return to the Ovolo Hotel in a heartbeat on any return visit to Hong Kong.

It's ok

Can feel the music vibration from our room in level five. The mattress although hard but I can feel my partner whenever he moved. Not for light sleepers. Water pressure is good and hot water is quite immediate. There is a free mini bar which made us feel welcoming. Hotel is located up the slopes so unless you enjoy walking it would be quite a walk to the nearest mtr.
