Pleasantly surprised as this was our first stay at Shama Island North. Even though it's right on King's Rd it wasn't too noisy and there are plenty of transport options within a short walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Only feedback we have is that room service/cleaning is probably not necessary every day unless requested.

Room is clean and quiet (even the room is at 2/F). Staff is gentle, polite and kind. Smooth check in/out. The only minor stuff is that the bed of twins bed room is bit narrow. It may be too narrow for a bulky guy.

Overall the stay was pleasant and the location of this hotel is convenient. There was an issue with the hotel access, as there are some steps of staircases from the ground level to reach to the check-in and passenger lifts lobby! It’s a bit difficult to carry heavy large luggage bags to access the hotel entrance. There are a bit of noises in the early morning coming from the road, as the hotel is on the lower floor levels! Staffs are helpful to provide support and assistance.

The room is small compared to other in the area. My first room was very noisy but after three changes, I moved to a much quieter room. However, I was disappointed that the garden area is only for long term (no fly rental) customer and not for hotel stay. And that hotel stay is on 3&4 floor only.
