"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives. "The room was clean and quite new, only a bit small. I guess it’s the standard in HK. Outdoor pool was closed during my visit and the gym is a bit small. It was very cold in the room as it has to set to a low temperature, otherwise the room would be very humid with the moisture on the wall. "

"Loved this hotel. Everything is so easily available. Good buffet selection and great staff. Good range of restaurants and bars (£-£££), a trampoline park (2blocks away) and Victoria Park located in Causeway Bay - Tin Hau. Public transport all within walking distance. The only 3 things that we thought could have been improved is the TV channel selection, wi-fi connectivity in the rooms and a warmer swimming pool... "
