"I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks"

"The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit"

"Absolutely loved my stay at Urbano. I was here for two weeks and it was a very comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, the food is good, the ameneties are great, the hotel is clean. The only thing I would note is that it is on the Oxford street which can be busy and noisy but overall its a great location and I had a great experience. I will definitly be booking here again."

"We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."

"Before arriving I call and set up for a scheduled ride told them my time of pick and the driver show up 6am before I could even land and when I got here he was gone i didn’t get to the hotel till 12noon. As for the room the bathroom is not up too part the shower is very open when you take a shower there’s water everywhere also the toilet smell very bad from the sword the room has for who in a war the TV only has three channels my room came with breakfast and I was told I have to pay for drinks...

"When I tried to check in I was told that there were no rooms available. I had to insist on being given a room; especially when I had paid full r it more than 2 weeks in advance. Apparently it is something that happens often with the company listing the property. "

"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! "DK Estates is a very nice place to be. It is located right in the center of town, in a calm and secure neighborhood. However, the appartment can be dusty so make sure to insist on having yours thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. The weakess link and disappointment for us was the pool that was dirty and remained in such a state during our entire weekly stay, despite several reminders to the host. The host was however very welcoming and responsive to other requests."
