"Fantastisk ophold. Vi overnattede der i et døgn og kom tidligt på aftenen og forlod stedet ved formiddagstid næste dag. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Værelset vi havde bestilt var økonomi altså det billigste, men vi fik det vi havde brug for. Derudover var der både køleskab, elkeddel og mikrobølgeovn. Badeværelset var også meget godt. "

"Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. "Frankie's is always good. Room is spacious, staff is friendly, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge in the room, free airport pickup, enough choice for breakfast and the location in Oxford Street is cool. "

"It is difficult to get help when you need it. There is no front desk service. Front desk phone not working and the responsible agent never pickup phone calls. There are ants everywhere in the apartment. The security people are great and friendly. "

"The only things that work well are the AC and water heater. The property should not charge that much if the rental does not offer the expected world-class delivery, especially for those visiting the area and the hotel for the first time. Also, the images are somewhat unrepresentative of the overall system or building. The property could use some remodeling. All the best."

"The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators "

"This hotel is nothing like what you see online. The pace is uncleaned and food is trash. The hallways are filled with construction ladder and paint buckets and the rooms are not worth paying more than $50 a night. So called management staff smoking right in front of the entry door. Pool has been cleaned in “forever”. Shower knobs are broken……just not worth more than $50 a night."
