Could benefit from chairs at the kitchen bar, so that one could sit there for eating and not just at the desk (and also two accommodate two people). A grocery store just next door, which is quite handy. Also a restaurant/cafe on the same block, but more expensive. Gym is separate and have to pay for."

"I was extremely disappointed with the long 30 minutes it took to get into my room. This is unacceptable according to industry standards all over the world. We filled out paperwork at the from desk then we had to wait for one person to take us to our room. I was with a group of 3 other people, and they each had their own rooms.
