Great location to explore Hobart and the surrounding area. Spent two weeks and throughly enjoyed the stay. The only feedback it would have been good for the linenand towels to be changed.

Lovely location - Cinnamon Cottage is small but very new and clean - perfect for the two of us. Could do with fly screens on the windows and sliding door.

The property was clean and in a quiet area. For a property that sleeps 9 people, we thought that providing only enough toiletries and tea/coffee for 2 people was stingy. The house smelt and no bedfing options for warm.weather.

Xmas holiday

There were a couple of maitenance issues which we had to work around. The kitchenette is quite basic for the cost of a stay. No stove or oven. Location is good, however you have to carry everything up quite a few steep stairs.

The property was clean however it was advertised to sleep up to 8 people yet the dining table only sat 6 and the lounge suite only fit 5 comfortably. The lounge was old and uncomfortable. The living area was very small with a poorly equiped kitchen. There was one airconditioner in the living room however the bedrooms had no fan and no flyscreens on the windows so we could not get fresh air as when we opened the windows we were flooded with mosquitoes. The single beds had no top sheet, only a bottom sheet and a doona. This would have been fine for colder months but we were there in January and were hot over night. A good location and has been recently repainted/newish kitchen and bathroom but overall the property needs updating

Caution!. All was well during the stay however tried to blame us for previous damage after check-out. I suggest to take photos of any damage on arrival.

Lots of positives: Nice and clean. Had a high chair and portacot. Everything we needed. Only two negatives - 1. Needing to strip the beds was a step too far in cleaning up after yourself. We have three small children so it is already hard to clean up and pack up on departure day. 2. 4pm check in is not reasonable. Too late.
