"As we had a 3 week stay, the laundry facilities were extremely useful. The excellent location made it handy for getting around on public transport and the universal transport was frequent and efficient. "

My only request for improvement is that if I have to pay for self parking each night at the dolphin, there should be parking provided near the hotel and not me being forced to park at the Swan. I hope this is just because of construction and is only temporary. Everything else was correct. "

"The room was adequately cleaned, the bathroom cleanliness was exceptional. There were ample towels and having a fridge and microwave in room was a huge plus. The bedding was clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were DIVINE. I slept very well. I stayed on the highway side of the resort and did not find the sounds of the cars to be too troublesome. While we did not use the pools/laundry or games area it seemed the guests who had were enjoying themselves. I found the store really convenient for a quick bite and the prices at the bar reasonable for a meal. We did not dine at the buffet. I found a few small ants here and there (when in Florida!) but nothing concerning at all. I was traveling as a solo female with a child part of the time. I felt safe when I went down to smoke after midnight even. I would definitely stay again."
