"The location is perfect. Front desk staff were very attentive. You get to know them because you turn your key in each time you leave the property and retrieve it when you return. If the front desk staff are busy they do not keep you waiting and they pause to give you your room key. The breakfast was very good and there were ample choices. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked. Our room was suitable and the cleaning staff refreshed it each day. The bed was somewhat comfortable....

"Thank you for our great stay here! After walking all day and being surrounded by city noise, it was truly special to be able to relax in the courtyard, have the window open and just relax. The vibe at this hotel is very peaceful. It’s easy to walk to the main sites from this location. The attentive service of everyone at the hotel is truly incredible, we will be back again when we come back!"

"Great hotel! Loved loved loved it! Excellent staff. Clean room. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Close to everything and easy to walk to historic sites. Great wine! Kuddos to Daniel who always called our taxii. He was so helpful very customer focused. I will be back! Great place oh and great terrace that is beautiful and has a bar and appetizers. Highly recommend great hotel! "

"great location. The rooms are spotless and the staff excellent. The only issue are the placement of the electrical plugs. When the rooms were upgraded, the electrical work could have been improved. This, however, is a minor detail. We've stayed at this hotel many many times and our stay has always been pleasant. "

"Breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and it was open late for us to get checked in around midnight after a late flight which was super convenient. 6 minute walk in the morning to see Il Duomo. Be prepared for stairs, which we were, as there are quite a few of them - wouldn't be easy for people with mobility issues but we were fine and knew they were coming :) Room was very quiet, bed comfy, shower hot and everything clean. Was perfect for our one night stay in Florence!"
