"The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly. Guillermo was out concierge and he was excellent!! He booked my spa service and all the restaurants we wanted to try. We loved the Japanese restaurant and Flora. Eva at the spa was great!! So good I relaxed so much I felt asleep during my massage. I definitely recommend this hotel. Great environment for families and if you are looking for to rest and relax. "
