Hotels in Hispaniola with Complimentary Breakfast

"I wouldn’t stay here again. The check-in process was a nightmare, and then my room had water pouring out of the ceiling so I had to go back to the lobby on the other side of the resort and have the room changed. The whole check-in process took hours setting a bad tone immediately since I lost the whole afternoon day 1. The room was not very clean even basic things like the faucets and door handles to the showers and toilet had spots and stuff like they needed to be wiped down. The shower was so filthy with mold and mildew that I wore flip-flops in the shower. There were mosquitoes constantly in the room, even though we were very careful about the doors. I think they were coming in through the drains. The fan broke after the second night. Our steamer didn’t work so we had to call for a replacement while getting ready one night. One of the electrical outlets would come completely out of the wall when you pull your plugs out. We didn’t even have basic things in our room like wash cloths and hand soap. I had to ask the cleaning people for these items several days in a row before them got it for me. The lack of snack options was also terrible. Everyone seemed very intoxicated throughout the day around the pool bars because there is nothing to eat. There are no snack bars or anywhere to grab snacks. Most all-inclusive have places nearby to the pools that you can grab nachos or something this place has nothing and the restaurants are impossible to book reservations."

"Hotel reservations were a nightmare, i didn’t understand why i had to wake up at 7:00am to make a reservation because buy 7:30am everything is booked."

"I had the best time. Absolutely loves the resort. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was great. It was so so clean. I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait. "

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "
