"Lina was wonderful! Very professional. She saw I was exhausted from travelling. We had to sight see a bit because the rooms weren’t ready because we arrived at the hotel about 8:25 am. I came back into Lobby around 11:30 to rest and wait for our room. When I walked in she said Maria your room is ready and the bags are in the room. I wanted to cry with joy!! I loved the Hotel and Location."

"The property is nice and spacious. The rooms are comfortable. Two upgrades would help greatly. Currently guests who may have heavy baggage with them due to the length/duration of their stay have to lift/haul it up the stairs in multiple places which is highly inconvenient. Constructing ramps in appropriate locations should be a relatively simple but highly value-added convenience to provide for guests. "The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds...
