Hotel Mewah di Hill Country

"I stayed in a standard king room on the 7th floor. I was traveling solo, and I felt very secure due to the required card access for the elevators and ever-present staff on the ground floor of the hotel in the lobby and outside in the valet area. My room was also in the center of the hallway (meaning equal number of rooms to my left and right). I never heard a single door slam or a shower start or a tv turn on. "My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either.
