"I was traveling for work alone, Two men followed me into the hotel, the receptionist gave them my name and called me to tell me they were looking for me. I asked her who they were and she didn't take their names. She said if i really wasn't expecting visitors I should call the police. I called the police and they escorted me out. the hotel still charged me for my stay. Horrible experience."

"Had a great overall experience at the Omni. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary, they brought us champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. That was such a nice gift. Highly recommend, would stay again."
