"I booked Extended Stay because of location and an included breakfast, as was stated in Expedia. I was extremely disappointed to find out there was no real breakfast. It was coffee, a fake fruit stuffed granola bar or a mini muffin and you are only allowed 1 cup of coffee.
Expedia should make clear that when a place of stay advertises, 'breakfast included," it is exactly that.

"I was never informed when I registered that there would not be any housekeeping room clean every day but every 3rd day, and if I needed it, I need to order it 24hours ahead! This is not very attractive nor hygienic for a hotel with all these customers. Also Sat and Sun restaurant is not open, again not informed or posted anywhere that I could see."

"It is clean breakfast was good staff is good
In total we don’t need more than that.
The only thing that I would like to see is a coffee stand available 24/7 (with a fee or not). The hotel has critical hrs (9-11am) that no where to get coffee. Most of guests leave the or leave to work . And at night after 11pm to 6:30am . No coffee for the road.

"For a simple stay, this place fits the bill. The staff was awesome. The area doesn’t have much but a Subway Sandwich shop that’s open til 11pm on Sundays, which was a plus for me, so plan on renting a car or grabbing a ride share for all of your activities."

"two big issues for me.
One; it’s called ‘Hilton Gardens’ and almost all the pictures show the beautiful roof top garden. But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT?
