"Very lovely room with plenty of space and a great view of Kumamoto. Lots of amenities provided in the room, which was well-furnished. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of both Japanese-style and Western-style foods, as well as Kumamoto specialties. Staff were polite and helpful and able to communicate effectively despite a language barrier. Property was beautiful, with a lot of fresh flowers, foliage, and rooftop terrace. Additional services include laundry, gym, resting/wellness area with microwave and coffee machine, onsen, and self-service luggage storage. The hotel is in a very convenient location, attached to Kumamoto station. We would stay here again and recommend it to all."

"Clean and big enough room. Close to attractions, transport and restaurants. Staff were friendly. We got the only ground floor room which was not ideal. Noise from other guests in the lobby were noticeable. Parking was very limited and we couldn't get free parking in the end but needed to park somewhere nearby, the parking fee was not expensive however."
