"Lift to go up to the room could not be entered the due to it being stored with dirty laundry and black bags stacked and packed high full to the roof of the lift. I alerted the receptionist and she pressed a button in the lift but it remained opened whilst I waited. When I finally got to the room I can only describe it as being totally rundown, with a disgusting stench and 2 flies flying around the room. "Very beautiful 17th century building. The interiors are modernized and well maintained. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and even got us checked in a few hrs hourly since the room was ready. The location is great and the room was beautiful "
