"Great hostel, good Central location. 5 minutes walk into the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed and good communication from the host throughout our stay. If I'm nit picking the only very slight drawback was, the bedroom curtains, weren't full blackout (I'm a very light sleeper) but this was a very small thing, and it probably won't affect most people. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Recommended. "

"Felipe is super. Bedroom was clean and tidy - but there are rust stains in the bathroom and the bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. But bed was comfy, shower was good, toiletries a bonus. Sadly other guests were the issue - banging about in the kitchen at 11.45pm - not very neighbourly. Having said that, would consider for a night or two when in Faro area again"

"The busy part and old town of Faro were only a ten minute walk. Avenue 41 was also close to good grocery shops and reataurants. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even printing our boarding passes. The rooftop terrace was a lovely apot to unwind! Hoghly recommend."

"Main door didn’t close easily and the whole building was freezing cold. The heater was not enough to heat the room. No staff anywhere to manage guests. We froze."

"Very beautiful 17th century building. The interiors are modernized and well maintained. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful and even got us checked in a few hrs hourly since the room was ready. The location is great and the room was beautiful "

"I was only in Faro for 20 hours but this hotel was clean and centrally located within 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again. "
