"The hotel staff were caring, most responsive, and overall excellent. The hotel was okay but could perhaps do with an upgrade, as there seemed to be a permanent leak in the shower area; and a fresh curb appeal can be good. The food was delicious. The proximity to a few good shopping and dining experiences was a plus."

The staff especially the receptionists were extremely helpful. Special thanks to Nelsert the 3-11pm shift manager who took care of us from the moment we checked in till we left for the airport. Hotel location was superb with good restaurants stone throw away. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here for my next trip to Istanbul.
