"The room/apartment was basically a bedsit in a HMO in an unsafe, dangerous area of the city. Immediately above a dodgy takeaway. Mouldy shower, kids stickers all over the furniture, outdated and not remotely like the pictures. The photos in the listing are not for this property which should be made explicitly clear. "The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."

"Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. Apartment could do with more storage maybe a chest draws in lounge area as no wardrobe just a rail for clothes. Could also do with better black out blinds on the huge windows as the blinds up do not do anything for outdoor light and last of all shelves and hooks in the bathroom as there was no where to...

"This house felt like a real home, was so well equipped, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed provided for us, and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge waiting for us. The beds are really comfortable, as are the sofas, and the bathroom and kitchen are fab! We’re definitely coming back!"

"The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful."

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "
