"Only thing i didn't like was that it seemed a lot of homeless people were staying there . Seems like they accept vouchers . For 140 a night plus $100 deposit that wasn’t really my style , overall no complaints for amenities or breakfast. "

"3day stay. Our bathroom didn’t have any hot water after the first night. AC unit was loud. Elevators are small, barely fit 3 people and their luggage. Staff was friendly, lobby clean. For the amount of money they charge people they can at least have a decent pillow, hot water and give their rooms some TLC. "

"Stayed for a week here while we visited Disney, great stay overall. Clean room, staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was great! Would recommend for a family. Great spot! "

"Rooms were clean. Gym was one of the worst hotel gyms I’ve ever seen."

"The staff was rude. They have no patience. They argue with you. They hang up on the phone with you. When you try to ask some questions overall behind the counter, they should not be behind the counter if they are going to act that way they canceled out my reservation while I was there because I didn’t have a credit card for $50 deposit on the room even though I paid over $160 for that room on my credit card and I had my wife go to get the room and they wouldn’t give it to her and they canceled it out and gave it to somebody else that was waiting. They suck never had that never been treated that way ever I will never stay there again, and I will tell every friend that I know that don’t stay there because the people that work there are rude when I asked about getting my refund cause they canceled out my room. They said you have to go to the place that you purchased the room with and then when it gets submitted to me, I’ll see when I’m going to do it so you get a refund sounded like they was not going to do anything. The manager wasn’t there so I couldn’t even talk to the manager overall worst trip ever."
