"Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room."

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"Having a Beachview was the only nice thing. I spent my vacation there after asking for a smoke room and was told we can smoke on the balcony by a staff member then to be told I couldn't. Then they never came to clean my room, after being there for 2 days ( which I was there for a total of 5 days) they never came to bring me clean towels and wash cloths. "$280 a night for a run down hotel with no hot water in the sink, and only intermittent lukewarm water with low pressure in the shower. Property was run down, there were hairs on the towels, and the sheets didn't look clean. What a ripoff!"

"Not bad for a low budget hotel with a cold breakfast. Staff was super helpful and super friendly. I think based on the fact that this hotel is low budget that the price per night was a little steep. No pool, no gym, no hot breakfast, etc."

"Pool and Hot Tub heater was broken so it was unusable. One of the elevators was broken. Our ice machine was broken. Our room didn't have body wash stocked up which makes me think they didn't check before we checked in. The front desk assigned us the wrong room and the keys didn't work so we had to clarify everything. Paid $25 for valet and they didn't ask for any information and could've given our car to anyone who said it was theirs."

"Biggest issue was parking - pay too much for valet and I parked my own car even… since it is in front of the hotel. Menu was good but limited. I unfortunately stayed when they were industrial cleaning carpets. Pool was closed and staff couldn’t tell me if or when it would open. 3 stars"
