Clean hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast was functional and as expected for a hotel breakfast. My only complaint was that someone was smoking outside and the smoke came up through the vent bringing air/heat into the bedroom through the wall unit, but that was not the hotel’s fault.

We were very pleased with the staff as they were very helpful as we were going on a cruise and needed to pick friends up from airport and were given great direction. Also places to eat. Our rooms were very clean and they gave us rooms close to each pother on same floor. Parking was very easy too.

This was a basic Comfort Inn that met our needs for an overnight stay before an early AM flight out of Norfolk. Excellent location for airport. We did not use the pool, breakfast, or any other amenities. Check-in was smooth. We did not interact with any other staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom large enough for two people. We parked steps from the front entrance.

This property was perfect for our large family gathering while we were in the city for the weekend. Being able to stay together under one roof made our time together extra special. My favorite part was an unexpected surprise right off the master bedroom! I opened what I thought was a closet door and discovered a long, glass-enclosed sunroom with tall windows, a table, and two chairs. I immediately called my husband over and said, “Babe, come look at this! I can drink my coffee out here!” That little hidden gem was such a charming feature and a highlight of our stay. We are already talking about booking this property again in June for our Aunt’s wedding…. Fingers crossed it’s still available.
