"Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. "This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite and facilitated a frictionless check-in despite the time of night I got there. I would 100% stay here again if I find myself in need of a hotel room in Hereford."
