"Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast"

"Fine for a quick stay over on a journey. Wouldn’t want to stay longer than one night. Room smelt a bit funny and noises from other guests heard throughout the night so didn’t get the best sleep but broke our journey down south up."

"On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"

"The property is unique stairs are narrow but there is a lift. Breakfasts are good but what a performance to pay for them.Breakfasts should be included in price like most establishments.Nice touch to offer a free drink in exchange for not servicing room."

"Stayed here 4 times now so it’s convenient for the Worcester music festival , this year we had room on the front room 306 third floor , room noisy at night time , had a bit of trouble getting light to work in bathroom but as a whole did us for what we needed so would stay again but room on the back , pool & hot tub were very good & included in room rate"
