We loved this property for our short stay here in Helsinki. It's neatly located in a nice area right across the sea and you could see the Helsinki wheel as well. The connectivity is really good by tram and it's a single tram ride to the main station. The studio really made us feel home with it's modern design apartment and really calm vibe. Definitely recommend this hotel

I was expecting a hotel and was pleasantly surprised that I got an apartment. It was clean and well equipped. It was quiet and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a little confusion at check in but fortunately it was resolved easily. The property was walking distance to the ferry port. The grocery store is at the corner. I had a wonderful stay.

The staff (Patrik) was very friendly and professional. The facility is very easy to get to by tram and there’s a grocery store within a 3 min walk. Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed (would’ve been nice to have a TV). I didn’t use it but there was a super cool commons area for meetups and a gym. Exceeded my expectations

Absolutely loved the place. Spot on location, clean, modern, welcoming and exactly what I needed. The property hosts were some of the nicest people I have ever met whilst travelling overseas…. I had booked breakfast, which was available at a separate location nearby, this didn’t work out for me at all as it was set menu, one plate, same every day. When I mentioned this was disappointing a refund was given to me straightaway. The property is so lovely , it really would benefit from a showcase breakfast of its own , nobody really wants to eat the same thing every single day which wasn’t very breakfasty anyway! I would’ve liked a television in my room, but I felt this was more because I was travelling alone, and the room felt very quiet. Both these items are pretty in consequential, and I would make a point of trying to stay here again. The next time I’m in Helsinki. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Fairly new property for short and long term stays. Our room was a decent size with lots of storage. all appliances were clean and in working condition. No tv in room is provided. There is a self check in and the front desk has limited hours and they aren't always available. The sauna is nice. The breakfast is not on site and you have to walk a block ( which is fine usually but in -20 weather, it was annoying. Also to note if you are staying for more than a day, We had the exact same breakfast served to us two days in a row).

No reason to stay anywhere else in Helsinki
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was amazing. For such a great price, you have your own little apartment with all kinds of amenities, including kitchen, w/d combo, etc. They could set a new standard for what hotels should be.

Great location. This is a coliving building with everything you need (gym, sauna, grocery store, restaurants, working space, gaming space, etc) and so many cool people staying here from 1 day to many years. more places around the world need to be like this. ill be back!!

It's an impersonal self check-in with a tablet. Expedia or the hotel never provided me with the appropriate code to check-in. To get assistance you need to press a buzzer that took awhile for someone to arrive.

Thank you Adrian for the review and feedback! Our hotel's check-in is a self-check-in but if any help is needed our staff is available between 8:00-22:00. Sometimes our staff is not in the office and therefore it might take a while to come to the front door to help. We have given the feedback to Expedia about not delivering our messages to the guest and we're currently invetigating that.Otherwise I hope that your stay went well and we will see you again in Noli Katajanokka!
