The hotel was busy as it was the easter weekend, and due to the Covi-19 situation time slots had to be booked for breakfast which is fine, however, there wasn't much point, as it was still rather unorganized, their space in which breakfast is served is too small, the lifts to upstairs, so through traffic and all the people waiting to go into the seating area for meals are all crammed together. This could have easily been avoided which is why i comment on it, as there was a large conference room upstairs, which was used as an overflow for breakfast, but should have been the main area, and more of a one-way system could have been implemented, hot a la carte menu items can still be easily collected from downstairs if the change was made. unfortunately, that made the stay a little stressful at times, as it's difficult to reply on everyone to keep to the rules, but when you are at an establishment you take comfort knowing they will try to enforce wherever possible and make the best arrangements they can, so a little more could be done on that side. We stayed for 3 days and also had numerous problems with the key card to the room, which is quite inconvenient when its late at night. The room was clean overall, but as it was quite small you could see some tired areas where people had moved around in it, also the cleaners didn't always replace the same amount of towels or a bathroom, so we had to request again from reception, which they were very busy so felt bad making requests.
