Two bus tours prioritised over other guests .went without dinner because nothing acceptably edible by time when independant travellers allowed to eat so went without dinner. ..."

"We were in the paddocks, bed was a little small and the safe was locked, did inform reception and credit to them they did offer to come out but we declined as only there for one night. Bathroom needs an overhaul, water took ages to warm up ."
