"Excellent clean and tranquil hotel surrounded by farm land. Staff were friendly and helpful would highly recommend somewhere to stay for a relaxing retreat. 5 minute drive to the centre of Stratford upon Avon and easy to get to. "

"Mixed reviews overall, my room was generally pretty clean however, I found a hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn't mine as it was about 6 inches long onnthe tiles of the shower, the window didnt stay open without wedging something underneath it, decor was tired and the TV was no bigger than a PC monitor and looked lost on the wall and wasnt vaguely visible from the bed and everytime the fridge in the room clicked on and off it turned the TV off and on again (annoying to say the least). "It was very exciting staying in a castle. We had the family room which was very quaintly laid out with a single bed in its own part of the small turret, through a stone arch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was served in a box in our room with loads of choice, and fresh produce in a mini fridge which was lovely. The area is stunning. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. "Cooked breakfast was exceptional and good choice of cereal on continental, although would benefit from the addition of berries and yoghurts to the menu. Food at night was also fantastic. Great prices too."

"Clean and tidy room, good breakfast, not crowded when we stayed (April 8). Overall very good service. However at 10:38 someone started knocking the door of my room. It was cleaning staff. They opened it despite me being in the room with 2 keys from it. I told that I’m planning to stay until 11 AM which is my check-out time. It repeated second time in 5 minutes. Another lady knocked and opened the room. They did it to other rooms on the floor as I’ve heard them doing it. I was taking shower, so...

"Only stayed for 1 night . Room was clean and staff very friendly . Booked an evening meal too and the food was very good . Only one thing to mention was the mattress could do with an upgrade. "
