"I loved my four nights at The Store!!! It started with the amazing welcome by the friendly staff and a welcome drink upon a very hot arrival. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "Celine was amazing. She gave us access after hours, checked on us in the morning and gave us tea and toast after breakfast hours, checked on our welfare, held our bags for us when we went into Oxford, and gave us waters in the heat wave. The sheets were not very clean and the bathroom garage was not emptied when we checked in, but the shower was good and there was a fan and tea provided in the room with decently comfortable beds. A great place!"
